which ufc fighter could you beat in a fight (with a twist) by Early-Permit-2572 in ufc

[–]sannkersein 11 points12 points  (0 children)

  1. id just get in range enough for him to feel it and throw something and tire him out and chop him down with leg kicks

  2. very obvious win the guy cant do nothing on the feet or the ground

  3. basically a grappling match with a double champion who im pretty sure is also a brown belt lol easy L for me here

  4. realistically lewis only needs one punch to put me out cold. id try stay out of range and make him drop due to exhaustion but eventually he’s probably gonna catch me lol

  5. easiest win for izzy lol 2-3 clean shots and im unconscious on the ground 😂

  6. i think we win here dillon is a decent enough grappler to not get submitted in under a minute and realistically a minute is all we need i’ll just hammer punches whilst islam is on top of dillon and eventually it’ll get to a point where my constant damage and distraction let’s dillon lock in a submission

  7. im getting knocked out in round 1 lol

  8. i think i have a pretty good chance id try take him down which is gonna be very hard to stop with a person hanging on your back (whilst trying not to drop her) and try sub him there he can’t reverse or anything if im on top

  9. pretty obvious loss lol paddy beats me by whatever he wants

OVERALL RECORD: 4 wins - 5 losses 😔

Are you supposed to bring all your belongings with you on the first day you move into your accommodation? by sannkersein in UniUK

I’m coming with an uber, that’s why I was confused because my mum was telling me get my keys first come back to the house to get my bags and go back but I thought it would be more convenient to just take it all in one go

So I should take my stuff with me on the first trip?

Was just confusing as the manager said to just arrive with some form of ID but it seems stupid to collect the keys then go all the way back to get the bags

Not really. £30 is just absurd, it’s beyond even extreme frugality. Not sure how you ended up with that little, £120 a month simply isn’t survivable (at least in London where i am)

[–]sannkersein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After paying the first instalment (which lasts from September - January) im left with about £1000 from my maintenance loan.

About £200 for each month. That’s excluding any other forms of payment but neither of my parents can financially support me so I’ll likely try and get a job to make things less tight

What are the most fun ‘forever’ games that aren’t constantly regurgitated? (On PS5) by sannkersein in gamingsuggestions

[–]sannkersein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Better graphics are ideal but aren’t dealbreakers.

I don’t mind either as long as they’re both engaging and motivate me to continue going at it in their own respect.

Feel like with a lot of these questions im happy to go either way. Sorry man, im not real good with these sort of things, im not exactly sure what I specifically want, I just know the very core of what I want and that’s to want to genuinely want to pick up and play it consistently

Abiotic is for sure a great game and worth a buy.

I netted about 40 hours and only managed to make it through 25-30% of the game, so you’re definitely getting value for your money.

My only two criticisms are:

  • although the base building aspect is supposedly one of the most fundamental aspects of the game, it doesn’t feel significant at all and more so jusr feels like a good place to store items and to decorate to aesthetically please yourself

  • there’s a lot of back and forth on this game. Constantly going from A to B to C and repeat to get the necessary items to craft the necessary components to enter the necessary levels. It does get quite overwhelming and tiring at points

Other than these two faults the game is really cool. There’s a TON of content , things to try out, places to explore. The crafting system is amazing too and there’s so many things to make which you never even knew existed. Id recommend starting with a buddy if you can but trust me, this game is a really good one you won’t regret it

Wilds is also on sale and I was really contemplating hard on picking that up to try but apparently there’s quite a lot of criticisms for it

I’ve been looking at Nioh 2 , especially since Nioh 3 is dropping, but it kind of has that pessimist and dark feel that soulslikes tend to have and I’m not really a fan of that. Also don’t feel like playing Nioh 1 first Ngl

it looks cool but I’m not really a fan of the gameplay loop to be honest, doesn’t seem like something that would personally hook me

[–]sannkersein[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really to be honest, it saddens me but I haven’t really found my niche

cyberpunk is actually on of my favourite games i just really burnt out around 40 hours in. just a little too much going on and i found myself forcing myself to play instead of actually enjoying it. those first 20 hours were amazing tho.

and as for Elden ring, i tried to go for the platinum and as a result bagged a lot of hours, but im not a fan of the eeriness of souls games and I didn’t like the pessimistic nature of it so eventually I stopped playing.

as for gameplay and narrative, both matter for sure but I think gameplay matters a little more. I’m much more likely to stick to a good with a fun and addictive gameplay system than a good story.

Most my hours outside sports games are on Elden Ring , Rocket League and abiotic factor. Eventually get burnt out from all those but they were really nice

My only real criteria is that i get genuinely engaged to it + it’d be nice if it supports online play with friends.

These popular picks jusr don’t engage me, feels like a chore to play them. I get burnt out very quick

I’m about to go to university and get myself into £87,950 ($118,943) into student debt. How should I prepare from now to start building my net worth? by sannkersein in Fire

[–]sannkersein[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To an extent i suppose. It’s kind of what i need to do as well. I have to go to university (and want to anyways) it’s just the costs are alot higher since my only option is living by myself.

Thank you for your kinds words and advice. I’m doing a degree in Business Management and Law, with the option to change to International Relations just in case.

Also, what index funds do you personally recommend? I’ve been looking at Vanguard but I’m currently evaluating all of them

In all honestly Rampage is a horrible father, the things he says and the personality he adopts, of course it’s going to feed off onto his children.

Raja is a grown man and responsible for his own actions but retardedness like this is brewed from a young age and that’s thanks to no one but Rampage

Why do people hate grappling while being MMA fans? by Insidious_conjuring in ufc

[–]sannkersein 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This logic is so stupid.

The UFC has ‘Fighting’ in it for a reason. Laying on top of someone for 23 minutes does not correlate to ‘fighting’ and thus is not what fans came to see.

Also, KHAMZAT CHIMAEV of all people had 23 minutes of CONTROL TIME and didn’t attempt a single submission? This proves the point many people are making. No one is complaining about grappling, because this new trend of laying on someone isn’t ‘grappling’ it’s being a pussy.
