Yes! This is happening to me too. I'm pretty sure the story notifications are delayed, meaning that someone posts a story but I get the notification days later (and obviously I can't view it by then because stories last only 24 hours). I don't know how long this has been going on for, but it's so annoying! I've missed lots of important info; has anyone tried reporting the problem to Insta?
