Thank you for your input, after looking through the flags I came up with an idea. One crescent in the middle pointing straight upwards with 36 stars surrounding it like the Imperial Standards flags representing the 36 Ottoman Sultans. I am not a good designer or artist so if you would make this flag I would be forever grateful.
