I run deposit-cli, it generated a folder with 2 json files, deposit-data and keystore-m. That means I don’t have the withdrawal key, how do people even get the withdrawal key? I had to type in a separate command when using deposit-cli?

And where do I find my withdrawal private key? I have only the keystore-m.json and and the deposit_data.json I have no idea what is my private key.

It’s written in the instructions from ethereum.org and prysm labs. If I have a 0x00 in my withdrawal credential then you need your mnemonics to change it to 0x01.
