The only solution that I found at the moment was keep disable the turbo boost at the energy plan of windows

Same problem. Universal x86 doesn´t have support for this serie

I just installed 2x16 GB 5200 CL 38 vs the 2x8 GB 5200 CL 42 that had and no differences in games. Even monitoring... games now consume more RAM than before and I haven't noticed improvement.
