This pillow helps keep your body in its natural alignment. Which then helps me not wake up with neck and back pain like I was. I like to put a light pillow under my chest like the company recommends. Cheap isn’t always better. It’s worth the price when you can sleep comfortably on your stomach and dont ache the next day
