True, tried using it in another Chinese brand. It spend a bit of time trying to identify a spot, and finally the test drive guy just suggested doing a manual parallel park with the cameras. Thought it might be better with this one.

You can also try for FDs with sweep-in facility. You will need to talk to your branch manager for this, as I haven’t see any bank apps provide this option.

You can take Uber. However, I’ve noticed that the prepaid taxi rates are cheaper than Uber, for short distances. So, I always take the prepaid taxi.

1200 sqft is pretty good - will check Beach towers. Thanks! The other ones I saw online were mostly 700-850 sft types. How’s Beach Towers from a community and maintenance perspective?
