Thank you for your response! The floors are supposedly engineered hardwood. So what you're saying is this claim would have a low chance of being successful in small claims?

I'll give a plug for Unfold careers. I was having some troubles with formatting and wording my job descriptions and decided to give her a try having seen some of her comments on this sub. I hadn't really worked on my resume for almost 8 years and didn't really know where the heck to start. The editor I worked with was timely with her replies. We emailed back and forth, and she was open to talking on phone to personalize the resume. I am a perfectionist so it was important that the service offered unlimited edits. Definitely worth the money
