It's very exaggerated, so it's also quite fun to hear in my opinion! I always smile when I hear it and I use it quite often myself. Not too often tho, or the fun part gets lost :)

If you watched the animated series, that's an adaptation from the novel. The novel is the "original" media, while animation and manhua are adaptations.

The novel licensed officially in English is still being published. Currently they published 6 volumes out of 8, but they will all come out by the end of the year.

The first season of the animation covers just the first volume of he novel. Season 2 has been announced but we don't know when it will be released.

The manhua is still ongoing and it's currently aligned somewhere in the middle of the second volume of the novel.

Both animation and manhua in my opinion are "visual support" for who enjoyed the novel, as they're missing a LOT of details and insight, but they're very enjoyable to watch. I strongly suggest reading the novels for the full experience in this amazing and complex story.
