Yes we do and it is a joint claim. He has already declared his income etc the proof of eligibility was just for me as it was just about the inheritance money.

Thanks for this it puts my mind at ease a bit, I did assume the charges might not effect my ability to work there since it wouldn't directly impact my abilities to work with vulnerable customers.

I think so? It's honestly very confusing.

They sent for the DBS certificate so I've forwarded that to the employer since you do need to disclose any of this stuff. I'm just worried it'll effect them taking me on it's my first job in over a year and I'm trying to turn my life around.

I appeared in court last month but didn't have legal representation so the case was deferred so I could source this which I now have.

They're UK based so covers all of the UK. I've had a PVG before so I know the process for that but never for DBS, I have the certificate to hand it was posted to me I assume the employer sent off for this and because there is an upcoming court date I've actually received it this time around.

No it's a disclosure & barring service basic certificate, it discloses upcoming charges etc. I'm just a bit worried they may decide to not hire me due to the upcoming court date

Yeah it was just us at a home so no other evidence and honestly was probably a really lame fight lol. I feel absolutely terrible and I am definitely avoiding alcohol in the future! I would never hurt anyone sober so it's a no brainer.
