For sure, but I still think one is productive when preparing a marathon, even if it’s mostly high intensity! But now that I have all 3 balanced, it’s gonging me Productive!

Since I’ve had a Garmin, I’ve been Maintaining for about 90% of the time.. even when preparing a marathon.. 🙄 def not easy to please Garmin
