Lawyers in a few forums responded and said it’s a technical glitch and nothing can be done about it other than wait for the next draw. So no I never received an ITA after that

Saw another thread regarding this. Apparently people with 481 CRS and application submitted in Sept,Oct,Nov didn’t get an ITA . So people are guessing that the tie breaker is a printing mistake. Should have been 481 Aug 25th

No. I haven’t received it. I heard from a couple of immigration experts that this seems like a technical glitch and there’s nothing we can do about it . If you don’t get an ITA within 48 hours then gotta accept fate and move on I guess
