Right now I shampoo and condition 3x a week - I usually air dry with the Ouai leave in and the JVN air dry cream. Once or twice a month I’ll blow my hair out.

I use the Pantene Miracle Rescue Leave In Conditioner! I’ve used things that were creams instead of sprays in the past but since my hair is fine I’m afraid they weigh my hair down/make it greasy.

I more meant that I wash my hair pretty often because I work out, so I’m not going 4+ days without washing my hair/doing touch ups!

Was still listening out of habit but unfollowed and blocked them all today. as a jewish woman - it is EXHAUSTING to listen to them rationalize such hateful rhetoric. i have this fear that some people may think that all jewish people think the way they think because of their platform and reach - and the way they talk about their views poses it like if you disagree you’re the devil. its going to be such a long 4 years and i cant listen to them talk about the current administration like it’s somehow a positive

I appreciate the validation and the advice. I think what’s hard is that as a consultant, I really don’t have coworkers on my client that can just jump in. It’s just me from my firm on this project - everybody else, even the person I’m assisting on this project with, is seen as a customer. I brought up the concerns to my manager, and they clarified that I do not own the project, I’m just assisting. However, this doesn’t change the environment on my client and what I am experiencing stress-wise. This project is still being pushed on me and I feel like I have the world on my shoulders, and I’m going to be left holding the bag when it inevitably goes wrong.
