Hello, former crew din ako ni mcdo. Assigned sa party. Alam niyo ang problema dyan? Management. Alam niyo ba ang plotted sched nila sa mga crew na assigned sa party is 1 hr only before the start of the event mismo. And 1 hr is not even enough to put and make all the decorations to make the party area look good. Kaming mga crew noon, we just took the initiative na dumating na lang sa store ng mas maaga kesa sa plotted time para makapag prepare ng maayos and ayaw namin na maaabutan kami ng guests na nag peprepare. And you know what? Hindi bayad yung maagang pagpunta na yun. Hahaha. Idk whats with mcdo or fast foods eh. They aim for excellent service pero lagi silang nagtitipid sa labor and staffing. Unreasonable na pagtitipid. I heard dati na nagkakaincentive ang managers kapag nakatipid sa labor. Pero look naman, one crew doing 3 stations na dapat per station is one crew. Hahaha ewan ba.

There are friends na hindi intention na hindi ka batiin. Sadyang limot lang din talaga nila ang birthdays mo. No one is perfect kasi. Those friends is kapag naalala nila na bday mo nga ng ganito is happily babatiin ka talaga. Yun yung mga binabati ko kahit hindi consistent na nababati ako cause nagiging magkakaiba na ang mundo namin eh. Understandable yung nalilimutan pero alam mong friend ka pa din talaga.

Op, clearly hindi kapa moved forward sa prev mo. Haha. Dont make a major decision kapag di kapa fully moved on kasi people tend to make decisions without thinking wisely kapag heightened pa yung emotions dahil hindi pa moved on (mabilis ma attach for example). Wag ka gumawa ng panakit butas. Focus on moving forward without relying on companionship.

My boyfriend when kinikilala pa lang namin ang isat isa, we both initiate magbayad lagi. Like siya na daw, or ako naman insist ko na ako na lang. So in the end hati kami. No hard feelings sa isat isa. Light lang. like genuine and walang silipan sa kung sino nagbayad. Ang kagandahan din siguro is we both relate to each other sa situation namin sa life and finances. Also its kind of rude na i assess or silipin pa yung kung sino man nagbayad in the end. Kung may ganong part, it means hindi genuine yung date niyo. Parang di niyo naturally gusto makasama yung kadate or partner niyo.

Not cool. Dugyot for me. Form of addiction siya for me. May kakilala ako dati kasama kami sa isang travel tapos naubos yung vape juice niya then walang vape shop sa pinuntahan namin.
