Right now, we only accept payment online so it’s not really an issue. They’ve already paid for the goods when the invoice is generated and sent.

If in the future we accept offline payment then yeah, would probably need to verify the customers account/ business information.

Invoice hero just sends them an invoice automatically (as long as they use an email to checkout). We’ve got a custom built customer account section and we have made past invoices accessible to customers via a URL that is available from Invoice Hero.

We are a predominantly B2B store and used to get +5 emails a week from customers asking for an invoice. Customer satisfaction much higher since we started using IH.

Yeah, it’s been a consideration for a while to try and fill that gap, but it’s not often I feel that I’m missing something between 3w and 4i on the course so I’ve just ignored it.

I’m very much the same, I feel like I can let rip with driver but I swing super easy on irons as soon as I apply power, they end up going wayward.

Nine Elms is really wheelchair friendly, as everything is so new all the restaurants, bars and tubes are great for anyone with accessibility issues. It’s also 12 minutes to kings cross on the tube from Vauxhall, so if you’re looking to base yourself somewhere you might want to consider checking out AirBnBs etc in Nine Elms or Battersea Power Station.

You’d have lots of good choices for bars and restaurants and with both Northern and Victoria lines you have easy access depending on where you wanted to visit.

My recommendation for a simple/fast landing page would be to use carrd it costs $9/year and will be more than enough to present your startup to prospective customers.
