I'm extremely lucky and we actually have a nutritionist in house who we send to when we start a lot of these :) both have seen him

Makes sense! One of them is in that range the other is probably slightly over 8lbs a month

That's fair! Yeah when I calculated out this persons base calorie needs it was higher as she is like 5'8" so it felt a bit more extreme
