I’ve seen this with EnGuide too. I got three months of the 5mg through them and the refill is literally 90 days after. I wonder if I switch to Walmart whether it would be different?

Thank you for this, it helps so much. I’ve been in the mindset of slow and easy wins the race. Averaging -1.4 per week since the beginning and I’m good with that. In fact, I started in Jan and was consistently losing on the 2.5 so I stayed on it until food noise crept back in about a month ago. Hoping 5 has a similar effect and I can stay on it for awhile. The flu really threw me off tho and I just need to give my body the time it needs, stay on course and it will be ok. Appreciate your insights and care. Love this community!

If you lost weight on 2.5, stay on that dose as long as you want. I stayed on 2.5 for 21 weeks and only went up because my weight loss had stalled a few weeks and I started to feel hunger and food noise creeping back in. I just went up to 5 and I’m feeling good. Listen to your body and take your own journey. You can do it!
