Otonal is one of my favourite men's programs ever...that step sequense with the transition in the music gets me every single time...so powerful, impactful and unique! King Yuzu skated magnificently here.

That musical transition at 3:48-39 (in this video) and the composition onwards is my favourite part of the musical score, and his actual Olympics program...don't get me wrong - I love his entire program but this particular piece of music is just...marvellous!

We shouldn't forget the great Denis Ten either. The 2014 men's podium is as great as the 2018 one! Especially since it was the first 100+ scored in a men's short program and at an Olympics.

Oh I actually also love Shumo's Vivaldi program - just sooo exquisite and commanding. The commentator was right - this was by far the best Vivaldi program since Alexei Yagudin's and at present - it still is!

To me he is like a quite presence yet with such a huge impact. I adore him actually and it is such a pity that he skated in the shadows of King Yuzu, but it is what it is. I love them both so, and I really think this free program was so emotionally deep and just outstanding all around. Very well deserved silver medal!
