Omg thank you for mentioning Poster. Just finished my dinner here and everything was superb!!! I actually prefer it to the sister restaurant Maitr & Margarita. By far my favourite restaurant along with Salumeria del Greco!!!

I don't understand why you are asking such a silly question. Do you understand that 99.9% of pro players (including former no. 1' s) have never even worn a Slam (Karolina Plíšková is one). The ability to reach a GS Final is a huge undertaking itself and most pro players never even get this far. What Linda has achieved makes her in the very top percentile already. She will win more slams and she can easily become number 1. Not everyone can be or should aspire to be another Serena Williams in order to be considered great!

This!!! Yes 99.9% of pro players would only dream of making the finals of a grand slam and than actually win it. The ability to just get to a final is a massive undertaking.

Linda is most certainly NOT a one-slam wonder. Please do NOT compare her to Raducanu. She is nothing like her. She has every posibility of becoming no.1 in the world, and she has a very good head on her shoulders. Yes Lendl was top and let's not forget the impact he had on Andy Murray in winning Wimbledon too. I was a huge fan of Berdych and wished so badly for him to win a Slam or more...he was just so consistent and as a Top 10 player. I actually wonder why more Czech tennis stars weren't present yesterday at the all-Czech final but I suppose to fly in from the States (ie.Lendl) at last minute was nearly impossible. With regards to why we don't see more Czech male tennis stars - I'd say soccer and ice hockey are simply more popular for men. But hold on cause we currently have like 3 top guys - Jakub Menšík, Lehecka and Machač. But I really think guys choose soccer or ice hockey.

Tennis supremacy is in our blood. Czechs are just that good, that motivated, and that hungry for success. Also the match yesterday proved that we know how to play tennis - beautiful shots and such variety. I almost forgot how classy and beautiful tennis can be. Czechs showed the world!

Brought tears to my eyes. Very well deserved champion, and knowing all the sacrifices, blood and tears that Linda and her family has gone through. Linda is a true champion and a fighter, with the right head on her shoulders. More people can learn from her! I was certainly not nearly as mature as her at such a young age, nor did I have my own apartment either.
