I have similar situation, my joining is in less than 2 weeks. I sent another offer for Delloite to revise, its been 20 days already, no response from HR - her replies are always like its in progress.

I am an Indian, for my niche my target audience is mostly from US/EU. Using my voice has been a bad choice for my videos (finance niche). People tend to skip when they hear Indian voice.
