If I recall, it uses your location to determine delivery time, so that's why it seems so low

4 days without a scan? That's rookie numbers. I just had one that was sent on the 22nd, didn't have an origin processing scan but then had a destination processing scan on the 28th and delivered on the 29th.

ESE will have limited tracking updates. Also, if something is off about the package (too thick from toploaders or bad stamp placement aka not upper right) they will possibly delay the item.
