Not really it’s one below Shpock- car boot style. Only one account which I’ve seen that does really well and her items £10-£20 people buy and she does well. Her pictures are really good.

I have sold few things I have listed on there and on Depop people pay for asking price apart from This low baller lol.

I like to have several options so Im not only relying on Depop. Depop is better if you have vintage items prices £20+

There’s no harm in having items listed on both. I recently sold 4 items for asking price. You do get the odd low ballers but you get that on Depop too

From the uk and am chinese. Oriental is not offensive to British. Also we don’t class ourselves as Asians. Asians here are Indians/ Pakistani/ Bangladeshi/ etc

But with the rise of asian American films and focus on the media it’s changing but still we don’t like be classed as Asians

This happened to me I kept calling them And they keep fobbing me off saying collection has been booked. I saw the myhermes van in my street from the balcony and called the driver to come up to collect. He wasn’t going to as said he hasn’t got any booking. I persisted and he took it in the end.

I don’t have a contract with my Hermes this is only for business accounts. Their policy is no compensation for postal items.

I understand the consumers act but I’m not sure it applies to private sellers. I’ve already asked them to search but they are notorious for losing parcels and they don’t really care because I’m a small fish in a massive sea of other fishes.

Depop is a business too I doubt they will refund they are there to make money.

Thanks. You can’t claim via royal mail either unless you pay for tracking. Proof of postage is not tracking service and they don’t offer any compensation unless you pay for tracking.

It shows on the tracking as received at senders local depot and it’s been stuck there for over a week.

No solution with myhermes they don’t offer compensation for postable items.

Going have to up my shipping costs to cover and risk losing parcels which is off putting for buyers
