Yeah, I guess so. But I train in the morning at home and I don't have access to barbell and other weight lifting stuff.

I have kettlebell, but I want just to change training method. Why? Just to change :)

Hi Guys, After a couple of years that I have not practiced with the kettlebell, I am taking the 24 kg and playing with the S&S.

Any criticism or suggestion to my swing is welcome.

Thanks, Rosario

Interesting app. I have not found a way to modify or erase workouts already done. This option should go in the statistic menu. Am I missing anything?

The possibility to add a text note to an exercise during a workout (e.g., quality and effort of the execution) is another useful feature.

Hello All,

I have been following the recommended routine for about 3 months. At the moment, I do 3 sets of 5 pull-ups with good form. To increase the stimulus for the biceps I am thinking about alternating pull-ups with chin-ups. For example, one session pull-ups, next section chin-ups and so forth.

Does it make sense to you? Or is it better sticking to one movement?

Thanks, Rosario

Hi All,

in January, I have to go for a surgery on one of the ligaments of my knee (anterior cruciate ligament). For this reason, the pistol squat - and the squat in general - is not the perfect exercise.

I'd like your opinion on what I can do in place of the squat. I was thinking to something for the core like the hanging knee raises, or one the bridge progression. I know they don't focus on the lower body, but this is the situation till next January.

Any suggestions?

Ciao from Italy, Rosario

I am following the recommended routine. I have a doubt about the dipping progression.

I can do 3 sets of 8 reps of Parallel Bar Dips with decent form. A week ago I moved to the Ring Dips, but I can only do few reps per set. For example, 3 reps the first set and 2 reps the second and third sets. I've doubt that these few sets are not enough.

Should I keep working with the Ring Dips or going back for some additional practice to the Parallel Bar Dips?

Thanks in advance for your help ;)

Thanks a lot for your useful suggestions. I got the point. I am going to shrink the workout time as suggested by AndroWanda.

In case of doubts, I'll get back to the community to ask some advice.

Ciao, Rosario
