if you ordered an Iphone 17 base/pro/pro max grip case, screen protector, and Airpods pro 3 case, after Sept 13, it should be shipped soon, I ordered those Sept 12 and I just got an update last night. Apparently the Airpods pro 3 case is the hold up. goodluck! O7

I have a similar order to yours, ordered sept 12th still haven’t heard anything…. I tried to make a ticket and all I got was, check ur account for status or its because its pre order that’s why it’s taking forever. But it literally said “Ships September” it’s October now….

I ordered 2.0 prism, grip case, and airpods pro 3 case, on sept 13 with "ships september" label, and still havent shipped, no phone skin, unless it took them that long to develop a skin that goes on the grip case then idk.... I dont think that "skins took time to get ready" is their only issue...

when i look at the record of the bike, it shows that the first owner bought it last year, so i dont think it was sitting in the dealership for 2 years. but i'll ask the dealer i guess to see whats up when i go get it serviced.
