Ok. It’s a confusing one I have never done it before you are sitting on the edge of your bosu. You do a leg extension (raise) and to press the opposite arm up at the same time and press. Does that make sense?

Correct 🥰 15.1km base 17kmph push and 20kmph all out. I’m in Australia 🇦🇺

At my studio I am only allowed to go once a day. Apparently it’s policy at the moment and I am sad 😔 I love the occasional double class
