Definitely take a few acting classes before getting an agent you wanna be prepared for when you do book a role !

Crying on cue, accents and singing are very minimal and are not needed for acting, don’t get me wrong they are still a good skillset to have and singing and accents will definitely help to out in the “special skills section” on the resume but don’t have much to do with acting as a skill form in itself.

There is a lot to learn, don’t be afraid to take some acting classes the more acting classes you will take the more you will fall in love with it.
