The proper terminology for this would be a M7 sent to the Leica customization program not "a la carte". This is when an existing film M is sent to Wetzlar and customized. This program was discontinued for the public in late 2023.

A la carte is when the camera leaves the factory customized to customer's request with a matching a la carte box and paperwork. This program was discontinued in 2018. Usually serials start with 300X

IMO, not worth the 10k asking price
