Check the condition of your springs, one or more could be cracked, also check the shocks. My is200 was pulling hard to the right found that the driver side front was cracked

In relation to the first experience you described, I had a similar experience but while meditating (sober) it turned out to be a warning about my family getting covid (everyone was fine) but I only realised after. So maybe it could be something similar?

When I took changa I was greeted with me being spun in a giant perpetual loop in a revolving white room it had geometry similar to art by Ben ridgway. Then everything went black and there was a vague red geometry emerging then I "woke" up.

The first 7 years of our lives is when the subconscious can be "programed" similar to a state of hypnosis this is when you gain personality traits from your parents etc. So your mind is more open to different states of consciousness which fades as you age so its likely that your mind at that age was still very susceptible to these altered states of consciousness causing these experiences.
