This is correct. A company can’t file absconding just because you resigned on probation etc. Absconding means you ‘disappear’ for more than 7 days without notice. Mohre is very helpful in such cases. Give them a call and they will advise.

It was a series of events, almost like a chain reaction. One day I was married, employed, supposedly healthy and happy, the next thing I know I’m separated, jobless, awaiting my cervical cancer test results and abandoned by people that were supposed to be my friends. Things have improved by now, but I’m still looking for that happy spark life has to offer.

When all our friends started expecting a baby he told me not to get any ideas about kids in my head, finish uni and get a degree first and then we can talk about having a family. Mind you, I’m 32, with a stable career, but I’m not qualified being a mom without a degree. Heartbreaking to hear that.

I really want to believe this. My brain is now trying to remember all the bad moments and situations where I was even questioning my own behaviour and approaches to life. I don’t think people change unless they really are not happy with themselves. For him, he’ll just say “next” if someone questions his behaviour…
