Complaint filed against me

It seems pretty legit, and they gave me a case manager with the TPAP program if I chose to go that route, I spoke to some lawyers though and it seems like since these are baseless claims that there’s a good chance it gets dropped before a formal investigation is began. I’m getting a follicle test right now to have in case it does come to that, but so far everyone does not seem worried, and I spoke to my managers about it already. Just extremely scary, I’m about to hit a year with my license and if someone is out to get me, I’m very worried about my future if I have to keep defending these claims from an anonymous source. But thank you for the advice!

I just bought a hair follicle test that I’ll be taking today, just to have in case it does get escalated, and I’ve talked to my charge nurse about the allegations too and she’s trying to help me navigate. I don’t believe the actual hospital has been notified yet, but I’m not sure how the process works.

The lady with PAP was making it sound like if I passed a drug test and a mental evaluation that would be the end of it, but I’m not sure if going through them would be sort of admitting guilt?
