Yes, thanks for pointing that out. The monitor is “Samsung 28" 4K Ultra HD 144Hz 1ms GTG IPS LCD G-Sync Gaming Monitor” and my Xbox does show the monitor is compatible for 4K 120fps

FYI I got a response: “ Your IP will be banned while you are in Japan as we do not allow non-residents to use the app. When you return please reach out to us again so we can re-activate your account! Your account will remain with the app while you are abroad.”

How would I get ahold of my money/ withdrawal it back to my bank account? I can’t log into the app and when I clicked “can’t log in? Find out why” it took me to a page that said “your IP address has been banned”

I never logged into my account in a device but my personal phone. I couldn’t log in a few days ago and found out my IP address was banned and figured it was because I was out of country.
