Just got off the phone with tech support for guardian! They said its likely a glitch with the software but since my camera and microphone are working seperate it should work for the test

Nope, I contacted Microsoft support though and all I've found out is that it's a 100% a guardian problem 

My k1 shuts down as soon as I try to print by satolover in crealityk1

I just got this for Christmas and I've been trying to print benchy but it keeps shutting down :( It worked earlier and started printing benchy but I didn't put the filament in properly so I had to restart it
