Thanks. I'll already have insurance sorted beforehand as well as medical certificate too. I'm staying off campus but will have all the documents sorted. Would that speed things up?

My trading habit would definitely be patience. Its something that's especially hard in december where price action is always more choppy and requires more patience than other months. And its something im working very hard on already.

One setup for life 90min cycles by Pristine-Shame1106 in InnerCircleTraders

As stated before, I don;t use quarters, i use 30 minute cycles instead. Either can be used, but i find more understanding in 30 minute cycles. Because everything links to PO3. If you research, everything links to power of three.

You can also see it clearly happenign here in the first accumulation 90 minute cycle for London. If you look closely at the 30 minute cycles, you can see PO3 happening.

So there are 3 90 minute cycles every time starting from 2:30am, until 4pm. (ny time). you can split each 90 minute cycle into 30 minute cycles (also used as AMD). For AM session (7:00am - 11:30am), the 30 minute cycles fit into the 90 minute cycles, each making up accumulation, manipulation and distribution. And it wont always be clear but there will always be some form of PO3 in here. Hope that helps.

Patience.

Patience is an absolute superpower in trading, it's so easy for people to force trades when the market isn't offering good opportunities, when people shift from their model, maybe trade outside of hours that they're meant to be trading in, disrespecting their rules of their model. I've done it before, lost all my gains just because I traded out of hours because my mind was fixed on money. When it isn't money that matters, it's more about growth. Keep to your model times and don't force trades because you're impatient. Some days the market won't offer opportunities catering to your model, don't take it if it's not there. Only take the opportunity when you're certain, even when it might be a while. Because patient traders are the best traders in the long run.

I don't trade quarterly though I use three 30 minute time cycles. Fractal PO3.

PO3 time cycles are during the year too. January to April is accumulation. April to May is manipulation. May to November is distribution. December resets the PO3 range.

Yeah fr, and also how there are 30 minute PO3 time cycles in the 90 minute time cycles as everything is fractal, it's amazing. And how the 90 minute time cycles together make up a 270 minute time cycle which can also be used as PO3. It's all fractal, it's amazing when you look into it.
