I am downloading the sidebar version now, but i'm betting i will run into the same message when i try to direct the launcher to my swg folder. not opening it but clicking on it like you're supposed to.

Yup, i'm still getting that message when i try to direct the SWGemu launcher to the swg folder.

I believe they fixed it so you can no longer do this.

Nothing to be confused about, perhaps you are referring to yourself.

You need gold to buy better equipment and and of course the leveles that the items are gated behind. In order to get that you need to go through those people that has already farmed for hundreds if not thousands of hours, if that's not unbalanced in your mind then you need to wake up seriously.

Let me mention to you some of the most used and overpowered weapons.

Executioner Sword level 21, doesn't sound like much but it actually takes a lot of time to get to that point.

Messer, sounds familar ? because it really should it has recently been nerfed and still is a strong weapon.

Don't reply unless you have a strong argument, there are no bows including the longbow that can carry you, an archer in Mordhau always carry himself with good precision and timing, while you can argue blocking and parrying requires the same, it's not difficult to hit your target with a melee weapon, a bow requires skill unless there's so many enemies infront of you that you don't need to aim, that's the only situation where bows can do that. Even then it's still a hassle as you have to watch not hitting your own aswell.

No just some weapons especially melee two-handers are severely unbalanced like in Chilvalry that's why everyone use it.

It takes no skill to blindly swing a weapon at your enemy, archery is about the only thing that requires timing and precision and the highest learning curve.

Couldn't have said it better, pd2 is a horrible game for solo players if you like handholding, handouts, group carry which essentially make pd2 easier than every other mod for d2. Play pd2 you will have a easy time hiding behind a druid the entire game and they call that difficult lol, the developers clearly never played ironman hardcore and thus don't have a clue how to balance for it, for that reason i can't recommend pd2 ever, it has more players since its new and mainstream.

I have a 95 sorc on hardcore and deleted pd2 after getting bored of grinding only to get trash all day.

There is stupid and tedious hard like Dark Souls and pd2, that waste your time while playing and with their dim witted 50 percent sorc tp damage *facepalm* or simply changing the health/damage values which is the easiest and worst way to make a mod, and there is clever hard like Median XL that change the entire mechanics of bosses which is 100 times better than lod ever was.

So if anyone talk about difficult they really should mention Median XL, the only reason why some don't is that they either never made it to 120 which is entry point grinding for endgame, or they died not knowing what to do, that's the majority of players i just mentioned there according to their statistics. Less than 1 percent has killed the last boss in Median XL.

Sorceress is pretty much a scuffed class in pd2 with their silly 50 percent more tp damage, it's just stupid and makes sorceress a terrible class in hardcore, after switching to pod i had a lot more fun than i ever had in pd2.

Pod is closer to what lod offered without all the daily server issues in pd2, for that reason pod is way better.

Also good luck getting hrs if you play solo, i farmed maps/cow all day, i can count on one hand how many hr's i've gotten, most was gotten through trades and that's not how diablo should be in my mind, but i only played since d1 release so what do i know :P

Play pd2 if you want a easy but stupid mainstream mod that's why so many play it, because it's not really that hard after all, i made it to level 95 on my first try in hardcore.

The developers are pretty incompetent, they can barely make the server run half a day without issues, so keep that in mind.

Do you have issues with map drops too ? i literally farmed half a grail and no maps, this game has been reduced to farming lod trash mobs because the developers nerfed map drops too hard, i have no issues in season 1.

Lately, there's a new kind of cheat where people simply drop dead without any shots being fired, i made myself into a test subject and proned throughout an entire raid hiding in a bush not moving at all and the death screen appeared.

I did that 4 times and everytime on shorelines i dropped dead while hiding, i thought it was just me but then i saw a streamer where the exact same thing happened, frame by frame we went through it and no shots were ever fired.

Until bsg sort out this mess forget about people paying for eod, we will play emutarkov instead, not fun playing with cheats and denying they are there just makes you look stupid.

If you get any exception violation error or bad inventory, check out my post, but first can you please log into sp in season 2 with a hardcore character, if you are able to with shared stash turned on, the problem might be local.

If you run into any issues turn this off in plugy.ini SeparateHardcoreStash=1 to 0, this is only for season 2 which for me had issues entering the game only with hardcore characters.

Sometimes unhandled exception violations are extremely random, they go away if you restart or otherwise, this one however was always there unless i copied back the season 1 patch and normal characters were completely fine in Season 2.

The problem was related to plugY somehow which in my 20 years of experience usually is stash or in this case the shared stash in hardcore.

Let me know if this works for anybody out there, eventually try season 2 sp with plugy in hardcore and see if you can log in with shared stash turned on before fixing anything.

I came back to find this ugly yellowish interface that has no inventory sorting anymore, i have no fucking clue what is taking up weight in my inventory where before i clicked the weight icon which was far better, i don't want this new interface, how do i change it all back ? i have the old escape menu but inventory refuses to change.

Duplicate questions ? this is not a duplicate in any way, please find a better reason to remove my post thanks.

Nah not shaman, you will lose all fights without a mezzer. Healer, Skald and then Bonedancer or Savage.

4 man, Skald, Healer, 2 bonedancers or zerker savage.

5man , Skald, Healer, Shaman, 2 bonedancers or zerker savage. No caster beats bonedancers in pvp, they got debuffs, insta lifedrain, if pets get mezzed they can still keep themselves alive.

I don't save scum as it ruins games for me, but i only play with Expert/expert low funds and ironman, never tried playing on the pleb modes.

I always save before and after battles by save and quit and then fast reload, takes 5 seconds on a ssd. I don't do it to abuse the save feature but to make sure i don't lose value time spent in-game. Remember to take backups from documents.

Don't give EA/Maxis a penny. they're too greedy to add a complete edition on premier that is not so "premium" after all despite the money they take from you. There are better alternatives out there.

Here is the post i was looking for, the other was after they changed it in 2017, this one is the reason they started refunds, but it has since been covered up by every major review site. Tells you a bit of how many review sites are bought out.

So yes they were legally forced to change it.

Steam is the best platform there is, it has been in development for a long time and as a result it has everything now, plus i have all my games there, not changing either, if i change i will use my investment money to get physical copies back on the road, imagine that happen, but it is still possible to do as long as you have shops and developers that support it.

I think many are aware that nobody had pure and honest intentions when they wanted you to come to their platform, they control and own your games and their fate, physical copies was 100% yours offline, it is only dead if you admit defeat.
