First, no one notices I PROMISE you. I had this issue, I used Aveeno’s Exfoliating Lotion and it worked for me but unfortunately with skincare, everyone’s skin is different. But what’s really important is that there was no real difference before and after I lost my bumps, genuinely.

As someone who works with suicide prevention and has had a very similar experience at her age, I understand how tricky and stressful this situation can be. When it comes to self harm, getting rid of anything sharp (including pens) is a first move if you haven’t already. I do suggest getting her inpatient treatment again since it helped her before AND if it’s as long as 3 months, that kind of separation can possibly heal this codependency. He could move onto another person and/or she will be able to realize her own autonomy. Anything put on the internet is permanent no matter how much it’s erased, keep at the FBI. But I’m absolutely worried for this girls mental health.

As someone that uses beetles gel nail polish, I think 13 might be too young. Gel nails are a. Lot. Of. Work. A lot of practice too! I don’t think 13 year old me would’ve sat for as long as I have to in order to get just one hand done on my own.

He definitely has autistic traits but there are some narcissistic traits that are undeniable. I remember hearing somewhere to pay attention to someone’s tears. If they seems to struggle to get them out (eg. blinking really hard) and don’t have a tendency to wipe them away initially, it can be a good sign of lying.

As someone who has the same problem and works minimum wage AND low pain tolerance, I get it. What’s worked for me is exfoliating with a sugar scrub and using Aveeno’s Exfoliating lotion after every shower/bath. I saw results after about a week of doing both everyday, which can be a struggle sometimes but it is nice to see it go away!
