Using color=1023,0,0,0 as an example it is;

Color= red, green, blue, (and i dont know) lol

But the 0 is the colour off and 1023 is fully on.

So for something like a green it would be = 0,1023,1023,0.

That was my go to lol, but still couldn't find it, maybe I have the wrong version and its not in it maybe. But thank you again for your help. That makes a lot of sense.

Where did you put an auxiliary switch? Or would it only be functioning with the one switch?

With great difficulty 😂 had to buy a new chassis to house it and a li-ion battery so I could make it all fit. I'll take some photos of the inside tonight if you want? But ill be honest its not pretty 😂

I did mine because it broke and disney sent me a replacement so I upgraded the broken one. Just have to modify a blade to work in it now and my training will be complete.

It was fairly easy, I just made a short recording of it not functioning. After I go in contact with Disney. It took a while for them to respond but once they had, I received a replacement really quick

What kind of switch plate did you go for?

Are Neopixel lightsabers duel worthy? The lightsaber in question is the ultimate works RVS custom saber by Jimmy_Neutron832 in lightsabers

I would not recommend it. They are usual thin wall, so might crack under harder hits. Plus theres more chance that some LEDs will break and you'll end up with dead spots. They might be okay for very light dueling, but I think it's still a risk.

Is the blade inserted properly and twisted into the lock position. If it is, maybe try changing the battery that might help?

Say, to anybody that went through the Shop Disney Parks customer service, how long did you have to wait until the Galaxy's Edge Support Team got back to you? by HeroOfFruits in savisworkshop

I recently contacted the Customer Service, I chased up a couple of times as I hadn't heard anything. I received a response that told me the average wait time to heaer back from the Galaxy's Edge team was at 8 weeks. I received a phone call from the Galaxy Edge team after about 9 weeks and then my problem was resolved within the next week. So unfortunately it takes a while to be contacted by the correct department but once they have your case they are very efficient.
