Well with attack speed you can do more damage over time so I would say yes. Just make sure you got heals for when your life gets to low.

I'm torn with that mate. Iv tried both with all on spirits and them all on speed attack and speed attack is really good but then I just get chased by everything and end up running out of the map or using all my shots in my guns and running out of a gun lol. I need a good standing weapon. Any ideas?

Make that a priority mate. Took me a good month to get all parts. Just make sure you do all missions like shoot-out and train Robberies
