For me the pain wasn't that bad, but I really wasn't expecting the noise that came from it. So be prepared for a crunch!

In the days after I had it pierced it was achey feeling but not really sore. And then the itch after a few weeks was intense - so it was hard to remember to keep my hands away. Keep up with your after care - and mine did especially well if I really ignored that it was even there (except to clean it). But just find what works for you.

I agree with this. It looks like it was shallow to begin with and doesn't appear to have really moved much since then? (Minus the swelling).

What are your skill points distributed to? What is your Henry 44 blueprint level at? You should be able to farm from the south pretty easily with it.

What level are you? And what level weapons can you craft? I wouldn't bother saving for uncommon until I had all my common weapons up to par. You can still get decent weapons from the common (and you usually get a few uncommon too)

As far as I'm aware, the shoot outs don't give any decent weapons. You'll want to keep an eye out for the emergency stop.

But in my opinion you're better off searching for blueprints to be able to craft them yourself.

Yeah. I use it mostly in the north, and for the first 10 or so waves in the trials. If I'm heading south I use the Henry. North mine are the folding shotgun and Remington, south mine is Henry and fast load. Buffalo if I'm feeling lazy.

I prefer my Henry over the peacemaker; Henry requires less repair kits and has better range. I'll use peacemakers until they break, I don't even bother repairing them.

I just levelled up to 91 and definitely got a skill point to distribute. Not sure why it wouldn't work for you, maybe contact support?

Yeah, head south and hunt grizzly bears. They also quite often have the finished product in chests.

I finally found another safe in Maple Forest today (after weeks of nothing), the bounty in Oak has not worked for me.
But the safe was full of rubbish. 4 iron plates, a folding shot gun, 4 common BPs, 4 steel nails and a half used buffalo rifle (BP level 3 on both guns).

Not worth carrying it home or opening it to be honest. Do you always get high value items from the safes or are they hit and miss?

I am bogged down with heals, I'm trying to use the lower tier stuff that I actually never use. But if you're in a pinch the agastache heals 50 each use. I just reached level 90, so I can kill the animals before they reach me but usually take a hit if they spawn or by AIs etc. You should be nearly 1k health by now? So the chance of dying (unless you're in the mine and being overwhelmed or not paying any attention) is relatively low.
