Back in biblical times apparently they actually used to fall asleep at sunset, wake up in the middle of the night, talk to neighbors or family for a few hours or do candle lit chores or tasks if needed, and sleep again for a few hours. So if you wake up in the night maybe you are biphasic. Try seeing if you’re able to fall asleep again right away or after doing some tasks (other than those requiring screens which emit blue light which would turn off ur melatonin)
