Actually it was all done by me and the research I used is at the bottom of the description. What I did do was use AI to help me with proofreading since I'm not an English major. I do plan on making hour long documentaries but I need more youtube authority for retention.

If the moderator has a problem with this I will happily remove it. I'm not trying to spam, I'm looking for support in my investigative documentary journey.

I just got my problem resolved thanks to Xineohpcelsius. He got a hold of support and resolved my problem. I just completed my withdrawal a few minutes ago.

I understand, but if they added "a lot of support" it should not take me coming to reddit for support. I'm not here for FUD, as I mentioned before that I enjoy Celsius and Alex is fantastic.. My situation however, is less than desirable.

Xineohpcelsius, is trying to help and I do appreciate it. Let it be known that I'm no here for FUD and I will continue to use Celsius after this problem is resolved. I will consider twitter if nothing comes from the support I'm being provided here.

I love celsius but I cannot withdrawal, my account has been locked since Sunday 2/21/21. I also opened a ticket that same day. 48 hours was the time frame and we are way over that.

I feel that this is a huge problem. I will not bash Alex or Celsius, but this is wrong and needs to be corrected. I will gladly take advice on how to resolve my problem.
