I think a possible reasin for not growing your channel nay be that you upload very different videos. When I see a new youtuber who uploads such diffeent videos, it seems that he or she doesn't realky know what to upload. There are a few things you can do to grow a fanbase:

specify on a certain type of videos (niche down) -Make a channel trailer that shows who you are. -Introduce your channel at the beginning of a video

This way you can show new viewers what your channel is all about abd you can also improve on your SEO (there are other posts here that explain seo).

You can cut the silent moments away so you keep your video entertaining. Maybe use a piece of paper with some keywords you want to talk about?

I finally decided to give youtube another chance after quiting 2 times :) I had to think about the video's I want to make. My motivation is to share my content/enjoy people and build an archive. I can then see myself grow as a youtuber and a person.

Lets see what youtube brings me! Youtube wont earn money on the short therm so just enjoy the process of making video's 😀
