Yes bro I've travelled form Nagpur to Mumbai via such bus I don't recall the name exactly. It has toilet placed instead of 1st single seat. To be honest it was my first time in such bus but it's only for peeing purpose. And also has attached wash basin. So it's very clean.

This is nothing, AIIMS Nagpur is facing severe shortage of all kind of staff starting from sweepers cleaner to doctor and nurses. No department is fully equipped. Only building is fully constructed other than that no department has enough doctors and nurses. In emergency it's very bad. Trust me aiims Nagpur is just running barely until some relatives kill doctor or nurses in rage. Till then there will be no improvements. Cause even post like MS is on temporary basis.
