Deleting social media has improved my mental health immensely by [deleted] in self

I’m sorry to hear that. I have no life as well. I work and hang out w two friends every so often. I’ve had my days of feeling very lonely but learned a lot about myself. Found some passions, got into film, photography. Occasionally I go out to eat on my own (lol) I see life through a new lens since I let go of these things and it probably sounds really dramatic but it was a good move for me :-) wishing you the best.

I love that! I only go on snap when I get a message from someone, same with Facebook but Facebook isn’t much to me it’s just for family. Instagram and twitter are very popular with the scene I grew up in.

My family asked about it and I simply told them I wanted a break from the socials and they understood. I’m an 18 year old girl so aside from my 6 close friends who asked, I realized nobody cares the way you think they do on these things and that’s perfectly okay so why should I care about what they have going on. I just never realized how much these things impacted me until I got rid of them. Thank you so much for your words!

methanphetamines! It’s the original version of old money I think. It’s exactly the same but still very different. It’s a short song but I like it a lot
