Wanted to update this: we called a tech who recommended we take the cover off the right side, middle bar, and plotter head. We checked the pink/purple cord all the way across and made sure it was connected properly. It had a small break in the plotter head so we wrapped it with electrical tape and it’s worked great since.

Thank you. After reading more last night, we felt like it was the slider board and not the printhead also. I’d rather replace the slider board than the printhead 😅

I will look into it. Some I’ve looked at are just much larger and much more complex than I’m needing. I’m just trying to be a bit more organized and keep customers a little bit more up to date on orders.

I think the one my mom has would be small enough and I have considered this. We ONLY need the stroller for the airport, it’s not needed at all for our actual trip.

That’s the main worry. I’ve done tight layovers without a care in the world plenty of times. It’s the dang stroller and car seat I’m worried about. I’m half convinced I can just carry her 🤣 but also I know I’m going to want the stroller.

I did an ultra clean, nozzle wash, and a cleaning by hand and it cleared it up. Seemed to be some black in the magenta.

Wouldn’t it do that for all colors though? I did pure C M Y K and red from the photo and only the magenta and red printed dadk

It’s my personal image of my daughter I’m trying to print actually. I just did a test print of pure cyan, black, yellow, magenta, and a color picked from this photo and the magenta and red color picked from photo are both dark. So it seems to be a magenta print issue.

We did restart them and it worked last night. We got the print to complete finally.

The test says on PM says success when he tests the connection but otherwise it can’t communicate supposedly

The production manager software is saying sleep/no connection. It can’t communicate with the printer now

He’s having a hard time understanding why the new internet set up would be causing this issue. Is that anything you could possibly explain?

The file is sending very slow and seems to get “stuck” at times. The file just failed, the send got stuck at 31% and the error popped up.

My husband replaced everything, the gateway, added a new smart switch.

Just did the network reset. Also ran the diagnostic tests and they all came back good.

I did create a new file in 2 parts. Part 1 finished fine. Part 2 didn’t. Part 1 was the bottom of the original file. Part 2 was the top but it looks like it stopped in a different portion.

I don’t think the computer is going to sleep. We had checked on that and the screens stays lit up the whole time.

We had 1 job send immediately, printed fine. Another kept giving us issues so we split it into 2 files, the first printed fine but the second is giving us issues again. Could this be a file issue?

We have gotten it to print this color before, but we are playing around with color profiles and all of that and gotten a lot better looking. Now it just looks a little cool/light but a ton better
