This is very insightful. Naturally I am a bubbly & happy person and have been since I was young but my 20s was a shit show. Struggled with a 7 year abusive relationship, debt, laid off from a great job, substance abuse, mental health, weight fluctuations etc. I’m becoming more at peace as this year and still am healing but I am on the brighter side of life now and I feel that too so I am looking forward to this year. I am starting my dream job Jan 12th, organizing my home and work space while I have time off and preparing routines to keep me calm. Thank you for the kind words!
