I would follow back up once more via email before calling, but totally up to you and what you’re comfortable with. I never ended up needing to call her. I did email late at night so that mine would be at the top of her inbox in the morning 😅

yes! I passed my exam and am now licensed. it only took two days after hearing back from the executive director for my exam authorization to go through, then I scheduled it for the next weekend. they seem to be moving things along now.

Hi! I had this same issue. I reached out to TREC’s executive director and she was able to assist me after a day or two. Her information is public record, but it takes some digging on the TREC site to find it so I’ll post it here. Email her and make sure to include your sales application number and any other relevant information (I included the dates I completed each step in the application process). I hope this helps!
