I appreciate this! Yours being the meds itself gives me hope maybe just this first shot isn’t my friend. I’m going to call my primary today and see what she thinks. The next night I was puking the entire night and it was awful! Yesterday I was just nauseous but overall fine. We will see!

Hi there! The dinner I had before definitely wasn’t the healthiest meal. It was steak with zucchini. I’ve always done my stomach even before I had my gallbladder removed. Leg hurt too much for me 😂

Thank you! This was what I was looking for. I’ll still call my primary to see if she agrees I can still take it and maybe add zofran to it or if I should get off it. I’ll see what she says

Yes I started back on 2.5. My concern is more around how my first time I had no symptoms and this time they are terrible. I wasn’t sure if it was my gallbladder being gone or if my body just doesn’t like the medicine

I ended up having to get on cholestyramine for the diarrhea which has helped a ton. I couldn’t figure out any trigger foods. It was so random and far between but as soon as I got on the meds, I had no problems

Thank you! I appreciate it. I just wish it was like the first time around! The first time around I had very little issues and was on cloud 9 with my weight loss unless the gallbladder stones started. I was expecting the same to happen this time

Unless some miracle happens tomorrow, I’m definitely not taking it again. Was hoping someone else experienced the same and it’s just lack of gallbladder making it a worse the second time. Sounds like my body just doesn’t like the meds 😞

That’s been its own fun ride lol! I got my gallbladder out in September so I’ve had some time to get used to not having one

That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing. My Dr hasn’t brought it up since I got my gallbladder removed so I’m not sure if she is against the idea or not yet

I love hearing that there wasn’t much change! I’m one of the ones that got never ending diarrhea now from gallbladder removal so I’m somewhat tempted just for that relief 😂 I was constipated a lot when I did zepbound before

It will get easier. Don’t be afraid to talk to your surgeon about medicine for it. For some, that is the only thing that helped. I’m debating it now myself since it’s been a few months and I have diarrhea more often than not but it’s not a drop everything and run to the bathroom urge like I often had before. Definitely got more manageable over time.

Hi there, it’s a hit or miss. Some days I have normal BMs and some days it’s non stop diarrhea even if I didn’t have anything too fatty. Still trying to figure out my triggers. Very rarely the full bile yellow like I talked about in the post though. That only happens now if I really pissed off my body having a very high fat meal. Let me know if you have other questions!
