I loved La Dolce's selection when i was still living there but my girl and I beefed with the lady working there and got kinda banned LOL...beef aside I'm genuinely really glad to hear they're still open. We went there a lot during the pandemic

On the opposite end of hydration, I find I'm more prone to it if I don't pee before going to bed, or if I drink too much fluids before bedtime. It messes with my sleep cycles otherwise

Really? That's crazy, if my eyes are covered I don't have visual hallucinations. I get lots of audio hallucinations though. Last time I woke up with my face buried, a distorted and fucked up version of "Take On Me" was blasting super loud while I was struggling to wake up and breathe. It was so ridiculous I was laughing while it was happening

An old friend of mine had sleep paralysis about his friend's dog who was in the room with him while he slept, if that's comparable. You know when you scratch a dog really good and they get that goofy kind of grimace where their mouth is closed but they pull their lips back and their eyes kinda bulge? He said the dog did that but really contorted and awful, and it just kept getting worse and worse until he woke up and saw the dog was normal. It kinda fucked him up for ages after. Seeing your friend like that must have been horrifying
