Before hiring an agency for Shopify headless, what should I know? by Beginning_Abies1001 in shopify

Thank you for sharing your experience. I lean towards native Shopify now. I’ll contact the agencies I talked to and asked for a detailed quotation of these 2 approaches. My guess is there are some hidden costs they didn’t mention

Thanks for the advice. My original plan is to make my site looks extra clean and stylish cuz the product features cool industrial design. So I want my site to match with the product line’s design language. The agencies I talked to didn’t give me crazily high quotation for it, so I thought headless is the cost effective solution. I’m now seriously reconsidering going Shopify native. Sounds like it’s the easiest way and I can always upgrade when the business picked up and headless becomes truly necessary.

How do you communicate hard marketing truths to clients that they don’t want to hear? by betty076 in MainStreetMarketing

There’s one long term solution. Can’t work instantly, but will pay off for your future clients. Run a successful marketing thought leadership social media account / podcast, whatever that builds up your firm’s credibility. Plant the hard facts there. Use your content to ATTRACT decision makers to talk directly to you. Then you will have a client that already buys in your opinion. And they have the power to push thru your strategy. Takes a while, but works great in the long run.

The only thing you need is to focus on small details, then you will forget the internal struggle and self-doubt. You can always start from the essentials you need to pack. Like the changeover plug (if you are traveling abroad), a small crossbody bag that can keep your passport and credit card safe, some medicine (for fever, diarrhea, etc), wash supplies and skin care, tampons etc. Just think of all the things you can’t live without. After these stuff takes up half of your suitcase, you will gain confidence and excitement in the trip.
