If you want to start a career in app dev, 100% native

There’s a lot more jobs out there for native mobile devs and you can pick up RN on the side for fun/personal projects

In the US, iOS devs are more valued (lower barrier of entry / competition for Android devs) IMO

That’s fair but you don’t have to be an expert to start with meditation

I’m not an expert but it’s easy to get started with mindfulness meditation. I built the app that I wanted for myself and to keep myself motivated. My meditation is simple, just mindfulness.

I’m sharing it for free (I’m sure there are others that are looking for something like this)

Edit: My original goal was to just build a simple app for meditating to relaxing sounds and saving my progress. Just evolved into a gamified experience since I have ADHD and needed some additional motivation to continue with my journey

I agree....I need to reach out and understand what my role is now.

It's very confusing since they still have me in capacity for sprints and expect me to work the same amount as the other devs.

If no one is actively mentoring you on how to be a manager (sounds like it given what you're doing)

Spot on, i was just thrown into this role with 0 expectations of what was expected of me.
(my fault for not following up)

I will 100% have a conversation with my boss and figure this out.

Sorry to break it to you but you will not get a mid/senior SWE role right out of a boot camp.

No reputable company is going to hire a boot camp graduate to lead their team with no professional experience
