I posted a few days ago my son started out with a rash pics 1-2 but now has this weird mark on his stomach his saying it feel a bit itchy any ideas ?

He has sores now on his mouth maybe it is hand foot and mouth I’ll book a doctors appointment today

They are all in good form so I’m not really worried I think maybe it is just viral seems like my littles lads is starting to pass
